if you use the acsesability app you don't need adb as long as yo only give button mapper accessibility

          but you probably need to run adb

          Just run these commands on webadb after you install it:

          1) pm grant com.android.cts.accessibility android.permission.WRITE_SECURE_SETTINGS
          2) settings put secure accessibility_enabled 1
