just bought a schok flip phone SC3218B from tag that has been filtered and when I try to install apps it says locked by lock controls 2.0 it also locked the ability to connect to wifi any way to bypass or do I have to wipe filter and start again?

I wouldn't recommend the shock phone because the buttons break pretty quickly and the outside screen also breaks.
