So far anyone that tried wasnt able to but please keep us updated if you do..... what is rumored to work, is calling tracfones (terrible) customer service and paying for a year in advance...
You have to either have a year of service and then they'll unlock it for free AFTER the year is over, or you can pay them $150 straight up.
