I did a drop of research on what it is, and I'm left confused. When I plug it in when it's on FTM mode and I run adb devices, it shows up as ? device, and when I try any pm commands, it says, Error: Could not access the Package Manager. Is the system running? If I try any other commands, I get similar errors. I have no clue what to do. Could somebody please help?
