efshernisht I was able to remove the Browser apk using WebADB, but theoretically speaking it'll be restored if I were to do a factory reset....
Dev-in-the-BM anonymousfliphones You don't need root to run that command, it only uninstalls the browser from the main user, which is why it will come back with factory reset.
