IF YOU USE ADB A LOT THS WILL SAVE YOU A LOT OF TIME
to open ADB from the desktop go into the adb folder and create a new text document and write the letters "CMD" and press file then save as and put ".bat" at the end and press save then close the window and then right click on the windows batch file you just created and press create shortcut and drag that shortcut to your desktop
