Apps can be installed with adb, Some launchers too.
However there is functionality problems because the middle button will only select if the gray hotbar on the bottom of the screen says 'select' , 'menu' or 'ok'.
Button mapper can be used to make a 'select' button.
Also a mouse won't click, only scroll.
Basically a lot of problems.
