As the title says, I've seen the Hebrew keyboard made. I've wanted one for the Korean alphabet, since Korean is something I've been learning a little bit in my free time and will continue to do so in the future. So, it would be nice if someone could mod some sort of app or if you've got lots of time on your hand, maybe making an T9 keyboard app for the Korean alphabet.
