darth Perhaps this is a bit farfetched of an idea, but is there any possibility of making some type of super basic app store that would allow installation of any future apps you might add?

Ohel Yosef Yitzchok Siddur
Google Maps
Waze
Uber
Lyft
Uber Eats

Also, is there any possibility of making a Kosher ROM that allows installing of apks? I know many argue that that would not be Kosher, but I argue that even if someone can't install apks on their phone, they can still load inappropriate content onto their phone from the same computer with which they'd download the apks. Also, it's at one's own risk. This is why there's currently five different ROMs. Different standards for different people.
