Jackbeast The issue has been fixed in the later versions. Try using auto booter. Try taking your battery out waiting a bit then putting it back in then start auto booter then plug in your phone.

darth Thanks could you give me instructions on how to do auto booting? I don't know what this is

beginer You should look at the first post in this thread where it spells it out for you

Hi, does somebody have any Kosher ROMs for Alcatel 4044 (My Flip) and Alcatel 4052 (Smart Flip)?
I bought several flip phones, and among them I got an Alcatel 4044C with a Kosher ROM that didn't open completely but was frozen at start, I erased (reset) it trying to making it normal again, and now it just tries to boot and doesn't pass from there.
I really would like the ROM and the instructions for installing it.
        Thanks in advance.

          I'm new.
When I attempt to open ADB it does not open, any advice?

            VeeKay
I see I have trouble going forward next step to run "fastboot flash --disable-verity --disable-verification vbmeta vbmeta.bin"
I get "fastboot: error: ANDROID_PRODUCT_OUT not set"

VeeKay I think I got it already I didn't extract the files from the folder to the same folder as adb, looks like it's working now.

It finally finished however after doing reboot< I see on my phone
              Secure Boot Failure!
              dm-verify corruption

              Your device is corrupt.
It can't be trusted and may not work properly.
              Press power button to continue.
or device will power off in 5 s

              Doesn't look good, any idea?

VeeKay Lock and unlock the bootloader. Once you're rooted, the bootloader must remain unlocked.

VeeKay I'm not exaclty sure where you're up to in regard to this phone, but if you've already flashed stuff to the phone, this may be the problem.
Fastboot is the mode you boot into with autobooter. With your phone off, run autobooter and plug it in. Once you're in fastboot, run fastboot flashing unlock and see if it fixes the issue.

what can maybe be done wrong is about the MTKMeta and Drivers, was anything supposed to be done with them?
