Momo does anybody have any idea how to fix this problem on the kyocera duraxe epic even if there is a passcode on the factory reset. if set a screen lock and then enter the wrong passcode 10 times in a row it automaticly factory resets the phone
yaak i just bought the Kyocera Duraxe E4830 on ebay and it was listed as unlocked basically all the guy did was deleted the imei number anyone one know how to get to the imei settings the imei is programmed at 0 and i want to put it back to the real one on the back of the phone
yaak i tried with a few services i just got it back from a phone store that i offered to pay 120 if he switches the imei back and he couldnt
yaak yes a phone can not activate with a imei that is 0 also i believe that there is no way to do it from the phone you have to do it with a program on a pc
Flippy yaak Verizon SIMs work in phones that have not approved IMEI's, if the sim was first activated in a phone with a valid IMEI. Apparently, ATT is tougher than Verizon now...
moshe1 yaak If u want I can send u a drive link to a app that finds the devices imei (if its still somewhere on the phone) but I'm not sure that's gonna help because if its a blacklisted imei then its not gonna help u Otherwise maybe try resetting the phone because the guy erased part of the system files that's how he hid the imei (I'm thinking that he did it because the imei of the phone was blacklisted) best would be to tell ebay that the guy sold u a phone that's not usable
