Dual Sim On Sonim XP3

The dual sim feature on my Sonim XP3 doesnt work does anyone know the issue?

dont think its supposed to work, think its there to work in a future software update, not sure

are you talking about the sonim xp3800?

if yes then it should work (its gonna activate the sim that is in slot 1 [if there is a sim in both slots....])
