Baruch open a cmd window in the platform-tools folder (when you open the folder named platform-tools there should be a bar with the file path on top, click on it and backspace til it’s blank and type CMD and hit enter)
In the cmd window type adb install -g (make sure you leave a space after -g ) and drag the app into the window and hit enter
