Tcl flip 2 conclusion for downloading apps and filter

I spent a long time looking at all the forums, and it is very complicated for someone that know absolutely nothing to download the apps.
Even the main page was not very clear for the tcl…
I tried to open the adb, but it wasn’t working…
If possible, please repost the conclusion for the apps and filter here.

one issue- the apps for flip launcher keeps on shutting down?
