Schok Blocked developer options with the last system update
they told me that with the new update which is currently being uploaded it will once again be allowed

In the latest Schok update (Version 1.1.4) they added Developer Options on/off into the 'Lock Control' (Settings > Lock Control 2.0 > Put in your 6 digit passcode > System Control > Allow Developer mode).
But it's weird that even when you turn on Developer mode in the settings, it is not actually on, and pressing on the build number does nothing..
It sounds like a bug from Schok which will probably be fixed in the 'next' update..

anonymousflipphone enabling it in the lock control doesn't really turn it on
