any info? i set the developer menu OFF on the schok phone, and now i cant reopen it buy clicking on the build number

Have you tried a factory reset?

just did it, didn't work, my problem basically is that I cant turn on USB debugging.

senderp56 try powering off the phone, then hold volume keys while powering on. There should be an option to factory reset. Use the volume keys to move up out down.

Even if schok removed the developer options menu in their latest update, they probably still left in the ability to access USB debugging using a dial code or something like that. I would recommend googling around for schok dial codes and seeing if you can find usb debugging somewhere in there.

schockpho find an apk that gives direct access to developer options and keep trying. one problem is that even if you get adb up and running the accessibility options menu is still the custom schok version not the expected android one so you cant use different background services. I wanted voice access so icould dictate to text but the toggle for its service wasnt reachable

There is more than one app hidden settings I was referring to the one that is just a plain gear symbol not the one with an android bot or a hat

[Login to see the link] Using the external app? After yu accessed developer options, were you able to enable usb debugging? I was able to simply enter Lock Control settings and enable developer options from there, but i cant figure out how to access it in order to enable usb debugging...
