Gratitudetocreator I don't know, you sounded like you wanted a launcher that can put your apps in folders

Techgen no not at all. What I was thinking, if the browser will come off from the menu I would like something else to be there instead. So I thought maybe there's a way how I can get an app launcher to show up in the menu...
Gratitudetocreator I dont know what commands would pick whats on the menu, but in any case that launcher from kosherappsforflip kyocera works on the xp3 if you want it
Techgen and where can I find it? Also in the applications folder? Or it comes up in the menu.
Gratitudetocreator It will be in the applications folder, like all other apps, If you want you can install button mapper and set a key to open that menu
[Login to see the link] Do you have aquamail? If yes, do you need access to the browser when you use it? Or do you need the browser just to sign in the first time?
anonymousflipphone you don't need a browser to use it.
anonymousflipphone Im using aquamail for almost a year, I'm pretty sure I did not have a browser when i set it up, although i did have access to a computer with internet -could be i needed to verfy my email. You definitly dont need a browser to use it
[Login to see the link] (or anyone with the xp3 phone) do you know Of a way to zoom in a picture? Hitting the center button gives you one level zoom. is there a way to zoom in or out. and is there any way to crop photos? Also, when viewing a video is there any way to flip it to landscape mode?
trshdmailGmailcom Theres no way to do it on the phone with the built in app, you would need to install another gallery app. I tried a few but none were good
I've written about this before, and [Login to see the link] wrote about this for the classic, but I thought I'd share the settings I've been using on the sonim to get the apps to appear less clutterd like it does on the kyocera cadence, which has the same screen size. First lower the dpi to 125, using adb shell wm density 125 (I found that lowering dpi instead of raising the size is simpler and makes less issues). The cadence has a dpi of 120, but for some reason the phone app crashes on the xp3 when the dpi is 120, so i make it 125, you can also make it as low as 121, with 121 you get 4 rows in the gallery, with 125 you only get 3, but I like the size better -your choice. Then go to settings-display, and make the font size bigger, so your texts look normal and not tiny. with these settings everything works great, (The menu strange, because there is too much room, but you get used to it) This may be good for the classic also, but its not tried and tested.
Thanks [Login to see the link] Btw I was wondering, is there a way to switch out the Calendar widget in the menu, for say, ColorNotes?
where can i view or open the apps on my xp3?
[Login to see the link] go to Applications, scroll down...
anonymousflipphone Same here with Waze and Uber. In order to get voice access working make sure your data is on.
