The phone works great with Verizon**. The phone works moderate with T-MOBILE.
**PLEASE NOTE: Since we are still in the process of becoming officially certified with Verizon, the phone will only work with an already activated 5G Verizon sim card (older Verizon sim cards are spotty). Verizon will not allow you to open a brand new plan with this phone.
DUE TO AT&T’S SHUT DOWN OF THE 3G TOWERS A LOT OF CHAOS HAS INSUED & MANY 4G VOLTE PHONES HAVE FALLEN VICTIM TO THE SHUT DOWN . UNFORTUNATELY, AT THE MOMENT THIS IS EFFECTING THE FIG PHONE. WE ARE WORKING WITH AT&T FOR A RESOLUTION BUT IN THE MEAN TIME WE DO NOT RECOMMEND PURCHASING THIS PHONE FOR USE WITH AT&T.
