LG Classic - a couple issues getting key Apps (Uber, Mouse) to work

UBER

Like [Login to see the link], when I log in it says my account has been temporarily disabled. I can't figure out how to resolve this.

MOUSE

I don't know how to run the adb commands. When I try using webADB and connect my phone to the computer via usb, it says "No compatible devices found." Forgive me as I'm very willing but not that technical.

This is important because I need to be able to use Google Maps. Google Maps and Uber are the two essential apps for me to add to my LG Classic, and right now I'm striking out with both.

Other issues:

What is the simplest way to open apps / the Launcher app? The apps page says "through notifications," but when I click the left arrow to open "Notifications," apps / launcher are not there. The only way I can see to open apps is by clicking the down arrow to open "Recent Apps," but this does not seem like a clean solution.
How do you delete an app?

jovortex Make sure that usb mode is set to Midi.
Make sure to enable usb debugging, and when attempting to connect via adb, make sure to authorize the connection ON THE PHONE.
use [Login to see the link] Launcher. (delete the one u have now first).

to delete an app, dial ##228378, go to installed application, and click uninstall (left soft key).

This is the remaining issue I have. I can't log in on the apps4flip Uber App, or the mobile web on my LG Classic. Either way it says my account has been temporarily disabled. When I try and log in on my computer with the same account, it works just fine.

Does anyone have any ideas how to get uber to work on an LG Classic? I can't be the only one with this issue...

Where do I do that? Within the phone's settings?

Same question - I don't know where I'm supposed to find and execute this option.

Will do. For what it's worth I use the Launcher that's linked on the app page.

Do you recommend I delete all my apps and start fresh with the new launcher?

I'm still unclear on the launcher question, but I will delete the one I downloaded from the main apps page, and download the one linked above. And before I will do that, I will delete every app and start fresh. Hopefully this all works.

Uber still seems like it's non-functional on the LG Classic unfortunately, as Uber doesn't seem to allow you to log in on the app. The mobile website is very janky, but it does work, so at least there's that workaround for now.
