I'm trying to install Gmail on my Kyocera dura extreme XV but I'm not having any success keeps in saying network error or unable to process.

Anyone figure a way in install Gmail On the device? There's options for yahoo, exchange, and others would be for Gmail.

What's my best bet to get Gmail up and running?

Myi I don't see the rest of your post so I don't know exactly what your problem is. But when I set up my gmail account on my Kyocera Duraxv Extreme, I had to go to my Google account on a diff device and allow less secure apps access or third party access. I don't remember exactly what it was called. It wouldn't let me sign in without that.

McMonster Weird I don't know why It didn't attach.

What was strange when I connected to Wi-Fi it said network error.

And when using the mobile network it says unable to connect.

McMonster When I did Gmail it input certain numbers and different words to set up the Gmail account being that there's no default for Gmail.

          Do you switch anything?

Myi Sorry I didn't realize that you were talking about the gmail app. I thought that you were talking about the regular email app that comes along with the phone. Mustve read your post too quickly. I just tried to install the gmail app and whenever I try clicking on the option to sign into my google account, nothing happens. It could be that I need a browser for that.

The GMAIL app will not work on the Kyocera because it requires google play services, which the phone doesn't have. Same for Google Maps and other google based apps

4448641 True for Gmail, but Google Maps will still work just not with full functionality, like signing in.
