The Trustlook flag isn't really a big deal though. PUA means "Potentially Unwanted App". The reason its labeled like that is because its signed with a debug key.
Basically, any developer needs to create a signature for signing apps. This is to verify the integrity of the app, so people know that the app came from him. People like me, and LGExalter1, and most others on this forum (not LionScribe) dont need to make a custom signature, because we dont develop apps for google play or for professional use. Most software comes built in with a signature that you can use by default, so we have no reason to make our own custom signature.
That warning is just there to say that it uses a non-custom signature, but it didnt actually detect any virus or malware in the app. Hope that explains it!
