• Can’t activate vn220

Can anyone help activate vn220 on Tracfone? Had a old one that worked perfectly.just got a new one which won’t work any help?

    can someone help here...i just bought another vn220. but when i go to verizon apps than cloud to restore contacts which i backed up on my other vn220 before taking out the sim card, i get this error message. cant find anything online with a solution! Verizon Cloud has encountered an error. Please close application and try again (code:11)

        EKASSIN Play around. Turn it on turn it off, take out battery, take out sim, try a full reset. Try it in between all of these. Usually works eventually,
