Solution to hotspot crashing with LG Rebel 4 settings APK

I know there was an issue with the LGsettings app that [Login to see the link] posted, that the hotspot would crash. I don't know if there is a solution yet, if not, I may be able to get a solution. However, it's not easy, so unless someone needs it, I won't work on it.
