Choose your picture from local files, and leave it on "don't autodelete", (unless you want it to), then press upload Then, under "embed codes", choose "bbcodes". (The difference between "full linked" and "thumbnail link" is how big you want the picture to be, I have an example of both below.) Atusb To expand on FliphoneBochur's answer, you can convert the video to a gif using a website such as cloudconvert.com and post it the same way as an image. or else you can just post the image on google drive, but it wont work as well.
