I installed the hebrew keyboard and ran that shell command to give permission
but when i Click on the hebrew it telling
Note: After a reboot, this app cant start until you unlock your phone
How should i unlock my phone ?
I have kyocera flip phone

Yitzchok It means if you had a lock screen you would need to unlock first before the app can start. You can probably ignore that, and it should work fine anyway.
