Hello, I'm trying to set an activation button for voice access on my Kyocera 4810 phone and I tried all the methods I could find on the forum and unless I missed something none of them worked. So I can select the button I would like to use but I can't set it because when I press the left soft key for "OK" it switches to that button, so I tried using voice access and say the number beside "OK" and that still just switches it to left soft key instead of setting the button, so I am looking for answers. Any ideas?

hansbelt Yeah, pretty tricky.
There are two ways that worked for me.
- Activate the mouse, put it right next to OK, and press the activation button you want, then press the button on the mouse.
- Activate Voice Access from notifications, go to activation button setting (make sure to be quick and leave voice access on), choose the button you want, say "tap <the number next to okay> (e.g. "Tap 3")
Good luck!
[Login to see the link] That does not work on the kyocera as the Left soft key is not clickable.
[Login to see the link] What worked for me is downloading the latest version of Voice Access as apk and then following method 2 above

Having the same problem now, Hard to understand exactly what you meant until I bumped into the same issue myself. I even tried using adb shell input keycode event to press the left soft key, but it didn't work.
