jbriones95 Hey Jose! Huge fan of your videos 🙂 I would absolutely love to buy the kosher version of the f30 but the website provided seems so shady as the only payment method is a direct bank transfer! any other ways you know of to get it?

      Thank you!

ayid Agreed, thats pretty shady. Who is "Pure talk anyway". I think they make the filter for the Kyocera phones.
Where are you located? Some stores have them....

jbriones95 On the kosher version, Settings > About Phone > System Update. A screen pops up for a split second and then it says No update. If you look on the top left of that screen, you'll see it says 'Remote Management'.

Do you know or perhaps you can find out what kind of remote management software (MDM?) they are using and what kind of access they have to the phones? I just hope they can't access the screen/camera etc...

Another point, if you go to Settings > Privacy > Permission Manager > Phone. The kosher "AppInstaller" is in the list of apps that have access "Make and manage phone calls". Why is that?

                Thank you

jbriones95 additionally under Security > Encryption & Credentials > Trusted Credentials. there are around 100 CA credentials that do not usually ship with android, some from China and Japan. When clicking install CA certificate, there is a warning that the certificate owner may access the device including passwords and credit card details. How do I know these certificates are safe? I don't know who installed them, It is possible they come from the phone manufacturer.

What happens if I clear all credentials, is it safe to do so?

countrypark Nothing. I will delist them soon because I am getting bad vibes of lack of support and no responses from multiple people

countrypark If you have it, no. I think they are just not going to be really supporting the device. We'll see what happens and if they get back to me. Their market is Kosher so I assume local vendors will give support, but not for online customers it appears.

jbriones95 what kind of issues are there? considering purchasing it

                    Hi

will the kosher version work internationally?
