Biden2020prez Ok, I got everything to work, but i have a little story to tell.
I was using my personal phone to test this out, big mistake.
I was trying to see if this app can block a factory reset of the phone, and it was a good bet because i managed to put the strict mode on to block uninstallation and lg phone settings, in which the setting will not be accessed only Bluetooth and wifi, and if this is set prior to turning usb debugging off, the app will block developer menu as part of settings. So thought it would be a good solution for the factory reset escape. However i used a pin to protect the apps launch, and all was well. But after restarting phone, the app would launch but i was stuck in the strict mode because the screen to enter my pin was flashing back and forth, seems like the app got all glitched up, so i couldn't reverse my testing, i got a little nervous because this was just a test i didn't mean to lock myself out of settings. So i realized unless this app will become stable again i cannot get back to my phone normally, so i used recover mode to factory reset my phone after i backed up all my data. Just a little annoying im starting from scratch. Lesson learned, never test on personal phone!
adb was not able to uninstall this app once you strict mode it to block an uninstall.
wondering if this can be used without the scare that i had of never being able to get back into the app setting to alter things based on a pin.
and now i wonder, does livegent block a reset from recovery mode?
