add the app launcher as a option in the main menu

hi everyone i just thought of a wonderfull idea dont know if it could be a reality.
in the koyocera phones u could change apps like u would be able to change a sms app or phone dialer app. so i thought that if it would be possible to sign a app launcher that the phone should recognize it as a browser then it would be possible to have the launcher in the main menu of course it shouldnt be a browser only signed as a browser in order the phone shoud think its a browser and we should be able exchange the real browser into a app launcher
