Sonim XP3

Does anyone know of a way to remove Sonim Scout without it reinstalling itself?

מהיכא תיתי!?!? My XP3 has been deciding to start factory resetting itself and to keep on doing it in a loop until certain extreme measures are taken! I've been trying to contact Sonim via email, because it may have to do with my SonimCloud account, but they have yet to respond. Any עצות?

Does anyone have a video player that plays in landscape form that works on the xp3 and a better way to zoom in on pictures?

Flippy From what I remember it didn't help to enable the browser, I think I installed the browser pulled from an xp3 on top of the old one, and that fixed it. Then I just blocked the browser with Safeguard instead of uninstalling it
