• voice access....again

Nhaaps On the LG Classic, if u do that, you won't be able to get in to the voice access settings.

      i recently put voice access on 2 lg exalts, and after a few days both people told me that their phone was doing a buzzing and beeping in the middle of a phone call....this happened to both of them in the same home...any ideas?
      i was thinking maybe the house has some interference but could it be related to the voice accss app?

          MXRJR Did you try turning off the option of, [something similar to] allow voice access during calls?

                MXRJR i had a similar issue with my exalt that for a few minutes after i used voice access, it would randomly beep and vibrate but then i installed a newer version and it doesnt happen anymore but that might b because the newer versin had an option to shut the sound that it makes when u use it

                    Flippy yes that option as well as all the others were turned off.... Nhaaps if u can share the newer version that would be helpfull

                        i dont know how to upload stuff so tell me how or if u have telegram look there

                            Nhaaps this command did not remove notification for me...im not sure what package name my version is....i downloaded the app from apps4flip site

                                That would work. but sometimes voice access isn't working properly because the settings are messed up. So u won't be able to fix it. But I guess it's just a preference thing.

                                  MXRJR do the package command on webadb pm list packages

                                      Nhaaps i found the package name it was com.android.cts.apps.accessibility.voiceaccess
                                      BUT the command apopps not working....

                                      this is what i get:
                                      /system/bin/sh: apopps: not found

                                        i wrote the command with the word ignore in caps even though it doesnt have to be so maybe thats the issue otherwise just ignore it and restart your phone and see what happens
                                        apopps set com.android.cts.accessibility.voiceaccess POST_NOTIFICATION ignore

                                          im using adb on windows and im writing:
                                          ./adb shell apopps set com.android.cts.apps.accessibility.voiceaccess POST_NOTIFICATION ignore

                                          and im getting:
                                          /system/bin/sh: apopps: not found

                                              Nhaaps does this version need same permissions as ones stated on apps4flip site?

                                                  MXRJR i think so but not sure but maybe use web adb thats what i used or ignore and just restart phone
