ok so basicly it seems that if u want to use the mouse and voice access at the same time u will lose the ability to have the voice access mapped to a button.....unless someone here has an answer to this
its either:
mouse + voice access = no mapped button for voice access
OR
voice access - mouse = yes mapped button for voice access
PICK YOUR PROBLEM LOL
MXRJR Maybe try
[Login to see the link] You can try using adb to disable notifications for the app.
adb shell cmd appops set <packageName> POST_NOTIFICATION ignore<packageName> will prob be com.android.cts.voiceaccess, but you can make sure thats the version you have
Note "cmd". I dont know if thatll make a difference, you did say you were using terminal.
Lev26 I don't think that method ever worked on these phones because it doesn't work on these Android versions. [Login to see the link] You can use the auto notification app that [Login to see the link] posted in the uploaded apps thread to hide notifications
Anybody know...
Voice Access from "Apps" page works well on Schok Flip for me, but I can also install Google app, update Play Services, and update Voice Access through Aurora store, and get a newer, (better?), version, but it's a catch 22:
With the A4F version, anytime I activate voice access while in-app, it also causes a "back" function, so I have to prepare ahead, and purposely go to a screen I don't need to be at, so that when it goes back, I'll be where I want. Also, when voice access is active, there is a fully-opaque bar covering the whole status bar.
With the updated version from Play Store/Aurora, both of those problems are solved, but it's problem is that the scroll function doesn't work. Seems like it tries to scroll by sending touch to the screen, which does nothing.
Any ideas/alternative versions, etc?
levone1 which button did you map voice access to?
Long-press camera
