darth Biden2020prez It seems like they removed one of the Files apps. In the list of packages it doesn't have com.android.documentsui. Im assuming that is the package that used to be there (But I updated my phone so I cant see what used to be there...) Maybe there is a workaround through that app??
Biden2020prez darth I wonder if it can be added back. Is it anywhere in /system/? use webadb for filemanager
darth Biden2020prez Can you share the file location? adb shell pm list packages -f com.android.documentsui
Apps4Flip-Admin Can someone extract that apk and post it here, I want to do a bit of reverse engineering and see if we can figure out why it was removed
darth Apps4Flip-Admin My phone I am working with now is updated... But [Login to see the link] is the DocumentUI from the LG Classic
Biden2020prez Apps4Flip-Admin [Login to see the link] - Here is my system/priv-app, if someone wants to compare. Inside is a folder documentsui, with the apk and odex/vdex
Biden2020prez Apps4Flip-Admin Maybe they removed it because it wasn't flip compatible. (you couldn't press)
Biden2020prez darth A bit off topic, but you are able to successfully deodex apps from LG Classic? can you deodex fphome? I want to modify it. Send it to [Login to see the link]
darth Biden2020prez [Login to see the link] After comparing the previous priv-app with the updated one, the only difference I found was DocumentsUI was missing
neutronscott I made a mess of mine. See final pic: [Login to see the link] Maybe I will find an exposed pin but otherwise I don't expect to buy another unless I can help darth get into the bootloader. just looking it seems KCOL0 does go to the DRAM chip but I can't find it's layout. It's KMFN60012B-B214 edit: seems KCOL0 is already grounded but also I could've ruined it.
darth neutronscott edit: seems KCOL0 is already grounded but also I could've ruined it. Does this mean that it cant be forced into brom mode? Where do you think KCOL0 is? [Login to see the link] [Login to see the link]
neutronscott Oh I had my picture upside down. and I was looking at a 6735 datasheet. Not finding 6739 layout

Not finding 6739 layout Are you looking for [Login to see the link] [Login to see the link]? neutronscott One test point below the volume buttons does go to vol down. I tried seeing where the other went as it's likely the key. it's circuitry is right above it though. having a hard time testing it without a magnifying glass but perhaps just have to ground other side of the diode just above it? :/ Can you be more specific about which point I should try?
