Easier Fast Kosher Rom Installation method!:

Credit to [Login to see the link] for testing this out. This assumes you are familiar with the steps in other guides. This guide focuses only on super, follow all other steps before using this method.

    1. Boot to fastboot
    2. run fastboot reboot fastboot
    3. when you phone boots to a fastboot with more menu options, run fastboot flash super super.bin

This took less than 2 minutes

Update: Tried again, and it seems it takes a bit under 3 minutes

Maybe I'm not doing step 3 correctly 3. Place all your files in the ADB folder. Does that mean into the prompt command or the same file folder?

i downloaded the latest rom With Apps Option 1 v2.0beta and after i was done i put in fastboot reboot fastboot
fastboot flash super super.bin, then it shows on the phone screen secure phone boot failure dm-verify coruption your device is corrupt. any advice?

Biden2020prez I dont see it. I mustve deleted by mistake. what do I do now?

Hi, I started using the TCL phone recently I hade a few problems that I found solutions for maybe it can be beneficial for other so ill post it here.

First my data didn't work I was thinking of asking here but didn't get to it until I once connected to a free Wi-Fi and when I disconnected from it the 4g LTE symbol came up. So if you have this problem try connecting to Wi-Fi.

I also didn't like that the voice access was making a notification all the time. I found that when you klick with the mouse on the top of the screen there will be a drop down and there is a button there notification settings if you click that you can allow and disallow any notifications.

this also helped me get rid of the T9 notification that came up every time I wanted to type.

(the drop down is also good to know where your batterie is up to)

Hope it will help out anyone with this issues.

kolelguy You can disable the voice access activation button in voice access settings which can be opened by saying: "Open voice access settings"

yesterday I flashed a phone with option 1 beta and it worked but today when I get up to step 3 to flash super it shows on the adb command rebooting into fastboot okay and next line says waiting for any device and on the phone it shows android fast boot with some options. when i restart the phone its like I didn't do anything. also on step 2 part 5 it only takes a second and shows all the vbmeta finished. what am I doing wrong?

joe1234 VBMETA is supposed to go very quick. So that sounds fine.

When you run fastboot reboot fastboot in step 3, did you also run fastboot flash super super.bin? And then fastboot reboot? it seems from your question that you skipped the step of flashing super.

Biden2020prez Check the second post of this thread, I just updated my guide to switching roms. Let me know if it works for you.
