Berel my LG Exal USB port recently broke and could no longer connect phone to pc for ADB use. was wondering if there is any way to get a mouse without having to grant permisions through adb
12345 unless you have an accessibility/advance setting app already installed with adb commands you cant give it permission foor toggle service and display over apps on an exalt
whynot Maybe someone can make a terminal emulator app for exalt and run the commands from the phone itself (I modified the apk and it installed but the app didn’t launch the phone’s keyboard so it was useless)
Biden2020prez whynot Any terminal emulator app will need WRITE_SECURE_SETTINGS permission to enable accessibility services, which can only be granted with adb
moshe1 Maybe try this [[Login to see the link]] app (send with a phone or computer via Bluetooth to your phone) it can edit permissions, and see if it can work for your phone
william Berel i have the same issue with my exalt!! but yet it still charges??no? if anyone with help with that would be great
princeofthecS Berel I modified the settings app but I didn't test it so let me know if it works [Login to see the link]
Berel william mine wont charge or connect to PC. I have to charge my Battery through a different phone meanwhile. Trying desperately to get all my texts off the broken phone but cant do that without a mouse.
Berel princeofthecS it installed perfectly although i am not quite sure what option would allow me to grant those permissions to activate the mouse...
moshe1 princeofthecS This app works differently on every phone (because it accesses the hidden settings of the phone and every phone has different hidden settings) on my phone the second to the last option on the list is called settings /advanced apps and there u can edit app permissions and by that setting when u go to special access u can set what apps can draw over other apps etc
