I built a Mouse Cursor for the LG Classic and other flip phones that works across all apps in the system and is easy to activate and deactivate once it is setup. We normally do not allow self promotion on these forums, however we reached out to the instatext team and they confirmed that the app is real and legitimate and that Instatext receives all of the money sent to them. Therefore we decided to make a one time exception for this app. On that note, we sent a donation and received the app within hours and can confirm ourselves that the app works quite well on the LG Classic, definitely worth the 15$ if a universal cursor is on your bucket list.

I did not test it on the exalt since I do not own one and therefore no guarantees, however I do not see any reason why it should not work.

@[deleted] It seems like from the video that the cursor does not scroll. Is that correct?

Correct, I designed it to be super easy to switch back to D-Pad mode by just pressing * 3 times. So you can switch back to dpad mode when you need to scroll.

@lgexalter1 I have just added in a scroll mode. So now when you press * 3 times, you cycle through 3 different modes. Mouse Mode Dpad Mode Scroll Mode To all those who already donated for it, we will be emailing you the upgrade for free

i noticed that since i installed the mouse cursor my phone will announce loud all incoming calls anybody else with this problem?

any way to turn it off?

abe that is from the voice access. the only solution is to lower media volume to zero. but you need media volume on for Waze so you just have to remember to turn it down after...

wow. are you absolutely sure? did you follow some type of instructions for enabling voice access without realizing? I never heard of this except in association with voice access but who knows maybe mouse also causes the same thing

L-B yep i only have mouse installed on my phone i followed the commands for the mouse thats on the apps4flips main website and its still announcing incoming calls which is very very annoying,

maybe they have in there commands anything from voice access included? is it possible?

no if you just followed their instructions for mouse then I'm afraid you have discovered that mouse has this same problem. did you previously have just button mapper installed?

well I made my peace with it because I have always had voice access which has this problem. Voice access is really great for voice to text when sending texts you gotta try it. Its a game changer. BTW you can setup a button with button mapper to toggle media volume to mute (I use long press of speakerphone key)

someday someone will figure out what is making these announcements and give us a fix for it...

it can do ""boruch hashem"" and ""daven with a minyan"" but obviously not everything. it gets words from their context. BTW it needs internet to work. check it out.
also you can open apps just by saying the app name

abe Never tried a button with the button mapper. But you can download the app and set it to a contact and or make a 2nd call and close and open the phone.

for voice access you specified an activation button (in the settings) I hope (the back key is good for it). also get rid of the worthless voice access symbol which is on every screen (deactivate in the settings)
