To all who requested. Yes. I just updated HebKey(v1.12) with the following:

      1. I moved all settings to a separate page, to keep it simple.
      2. Slowed down the key speed. The user has the option to adjust it in Settings.
      3. Added option to use "#" as space. If set, make sure not to use "#" as a toggle key.
      4. Added options to customize all toggle keys. You can even set them all to be the same.
      5. Added menu option in Settings, to reset to default options.

      Get it at:

Please no more feature requests, as it is taking up my time. Just bug reports. 🥲

        • 24 Six (Version 1.6.5): [Login to see the link] (Updated app details in the [Login to see the link])
For more information check out [Login to see the link].

          • In order to sign in, you first need a subscription which you can get at [Login to see the link]
          • Offline Listening now available! (Details [Login to see the link])
          • The screen density (dpi) on most phones isn't small enough to sign into the app. Either you can use the density app posted by 12345 below, or run adb commands.

1st run the command adb shell wm density 80 to sign in. When you're signed in, you can change your screen density back with the command adb shell wm density 160 (The standard density on most phones is 160 with a few exceptions. [Login to see the link])

          • You can scroll with the D-pad, and select with a mouse.
          • Another quick note on dpi: The music & podcast player are easier to control with your dpi set to 80. Also, the dpi needs to be 80 (בערך) or lower for the library to work (and for you to access your downloads). However, the video player will look weird if you're not on your default dpi.

I've been using this app for a while now, and I love it! Whoever came up with this idea is amazing! It might take a little bit to get used to scrolling and selecting because the app is designed for smartphones. Apps4Flip-Admin said that they're working on a flip phone version, but while we wait we have this. Enjoy!

          • Hi Everyone. Fights are always fun, so now I get to give my 2 Cents 🙂.

Helix_X_Dome LOL. Nice, great investigating. Cool Stuff you did. I honestly would have given up then and there, I wouldn't have had that creativity. I approve of it.

@EVERYONE In terms of born kosher, it seems like people aren't arguing on "kosher", but they are arguing on "born".

When the FIG company first receives the phone, I don't know what it looks like (well, I know a bit, but not sure I can share it here). Whether they get it with a browser or not, they aren't using that rom. They are building AOSP in a safe and kosher way (custom rom). That means they probably:

            • Not including partitions that allow device flashing (at least not without some sort of verification - i.e. firehose)
            • Not including a developer options activity in the settings app
            • Not including a usb deugging popup in the phone systemui app
            • Not including a functioning package installer
            • Very Likely, not including certain hardware parts which allow flashing.
            • have a Very safe and limited recovery
            • Don't support GSI Flashing or DSU Sideloading
            • Doesn't include apps with in-app browsers,etc.

I would call this a custom OS (building LineagoOS is already called custom Rom, this is even more).

            Having said that:

There are apps on there (e.g. waze) which by default have issues, and need to be filtered. There are many tools to do this in a strong manner., especially when building AOSP from scratch. They probably have many protections, so even if someone managed to get around some things, there would be other ways to block that. They probably also have some remote access to patch things if needed (does this phone get system updates by the way?)

So, I guess this get into a very complicated Sugya of abortion. When is the phone considered born? Is it murdering the phone to put a custom build of AOSP if the chinese sent it with a browser 🙂? Do we say their phone their choice? What about by vaccines, do we say their phone their choice? But, point is, many politics involved.

In terms of making a phone based off a fully new operating system, I agree with

MXRJR lets be honest that is a very far fetched dream, I cannot begin to imagine the money and recourses this would require.

That would be like building windows, building android, etc. And even Android is based off Linux. And KaiOS, which is custom for flips, is based off linux.

            Anyways, to quote:

MXRJR Thank for reading till the end lol.

            • Note that this can NOT be done on app.webadb.com you will need do download the platform tools.

Step 1 plug your phone into your computer and connect with adb

Step 2 run the following cmd. adb backup com.lge.notepad

Step 3 you will now be prompted to enter a code. (You do not need to enter a code but you may.)

Step 4 click on backup/restore my data

Your file will now be backed up in your platform tool folder named "backup.ab"

To restore it you run adb restore backup.ab
and it will again promt you with a code. whatever you did in step 3 thats what you should do here.

(There's a easier method by just Bluetoothing it to another exalt. or email)

this will work for t9 as well [with the t9 package name]

              • MXRJR It can always be uninstalled, unless tou turn on the setting to not allow it.

But even then, it can probably be uninstalled via ADB.

              • I've been working with [Login to see the link] and [Login to see the link] and we made a program that automatically boots your phone to fastboot (I did the easy part, its mainly their work). Just make sure you have mtk drivers.
                Instructions:

                1. Download AutoBooter.exe
                2. Open it, and plug in your phone
                  Enjoy!
Download: [Login to see the link]
                • Wait. There is waze WITH a mouse? Can you post that?

MXRJR You can set the voice access button using voice access settings itself, just turn on voice access and say "voice access settings". Make sure to exit the button setting window by saying the number on the screen, after pressing the button to set it.

MXRJR This issue has been addressed before. Search around the forum: [Login to see the link]
Just make sure your mouse version matches:
                          1) For apps4flip cursor:
adb shell settings put secure enabled_accessibility_services com.android.cts.apps.accessibility.voiceaccess/com.google.android.apps.accessibility.voiceaccess.JustSpeakService:com.android.cts.appsflipcursor/com.android.cts.appsflipcursor.services.MouseEventService
                          2) For Virresh's KCOmouse:
adb shell settings put secure enabled_accessibility_services com.android.cts.apps.accessibility.voiceaccess/com.google.android.apps.accessibility.voiceaccess.JustSpeakService:com.android.cts.virresh.kcomouse/com.android.cts.virresh.kcomouse.services.MouseEventService
                          3) For Virresh's Matvt:
adb shell settings put secure enabled_accessibility_services com.android.cts.apps.accessibility.voiceaccess/com.google.android.apps.accessibility.voiceaccess.JustSpeakService:com.android.cts.io.github.virresh.matvt/com.android.cts.io.github.virresh.matvt.services.MouseEventService

                          Then do:
adb shell settings put secure accessibility_enabled 1

(It adds the service for the mouse after a colon).

                          • Same. I thought they are just programed to unstick or something after a while.... like dollar tree tape...

                          • Is there finally a solution for the MMS issue while using the phone with Us Mobile?
