And if you'll need a new mic because people can't hear you on speaker or the mic on the main pcb board, meaning when your off speaker people cant hear you then you'll need ...

Yes there's two mics. one for speaker and one when off speaker. they are both the same. Though they need to be soldered on or using heat to pull off the old ones and put the new one on. or spend $20 and but a new board on which has a new mic, so in essence another $17-$18. though its backordered Now.

william yes use Double sided sticky tape. That way you can remove the screen again should you. Vs glue which will leave behind a mess.
The only reason I suggested to use very little heat was so you can remove the lens and put back after the repair, while being able to use adhesive again. At this point like mentioned use double sided sticky tape like you see from gpd.

[Login to see the link] how to remove the top part of phone from bottom by the hinge with out cracking anything??

william Good Q. Quite hard. No tip or trick on my end. Just try your best.
If you do end up snapping it, it will cause the cover to pop off, which will then cause the hinge to come loose, which can allow for the top and bottom to separate and eventually and snapping the ribbon cable.
Yes I have many spare parts of those little black frames connected to the front screen, which can easily be swapped out when I snap one upon removing the cover.
