The problem isn't transferring the files it's that the phone doesn't show up on the computer

I don't but I never had an issue before this transferring files onto a flip phone or any phone for that matter.
How will installing the android file transfer help the phone show up when it is plugged into the computer?

Flippy I've accessed files on LG Exalt on a Mac without this transfer thing....just setting the phone to file transfer mode.

MXRJR update: seems to be that newer versions of macOS will require android file transfer to view files.

Amped the battery capacity is the same, the processor is slightly different but over all there are a lot of similarities like the fact that neither have a 3.5 mm jack which i think is ridiculous for a flip phone...

Amped and they both use the exact same stock wallpaper on the front screen. however i am noticing some differences between them but the similarities are too striking to be a coincidence

also the screen sizes are exactly the same dimensions including the outer one but the camera placement is a bit different. not sure but it seems promising
