Techgen lgexalter1 There's a cute little program called Runasdate to run a program using a diff date, I've had it for a while, but I never tested it on MTK meta, Here's a [Login to see the link] It might not be necessary because there's an updated version, but if someone's having issues, or just a good app to have in your toolkit.
kolelguy hi, I'm filtering a few TCL phones now I wanna use the faster way . darth Quicker method (But potentially leaves room for more exploits) : any one sew any problems with it or is it the same good as the longer way.

darth kolelguy The result will be the same no matter which way you do it. If you do it through the quicker method it involves putting on a modified recovery on the phone which could potentially be an exploit. I think lgexalter1 was just saying that being that you made it sound like you were doing it for other people (because most people don't have multiple flip phones) to make sure whoever is going to have the phone cant try exploiting the recovery you can just reflash the stock recovery after you flash the Rom onto the phones.

UPTHECREAK arongrossmanmtl you are probably pushing the quick dial button on the back of the phone without realizing it, that also turns the mouse on and off
darth beginer If you are using one of these Kosher Roms you cant install Google Maps. If you want to install it on stock Rom look at the main thread.
darth beginer You need the mouse. The instructions are in the first post in this thread for how to install and use the mouse. If you dont want to use the mouse it is possible to use voice access to touch places on the screen.

Cseal89 darth if i upgrade to the latest rom will I lose all the data currently on my phone? Also, just to be clear any kosher Rom from OP cant install any apps, like the full voice control app, or the smartlist…. Correct?
darth Cseal89 Correct. If you upgrade you will not lose any of your current data. You will not be able to install any apps or have any apps other then the ones included with the ROM. (What do you mean by full voice control app? Hopefully when I get around to it I will add smartlist)
