I found the easiest way to install it is through adb. The cmd will be “adb install -g -r [drag the apk from your desktop into the cmd prompt]“ and hit enter. If you would like to get back the original settings app you can simply type in the following cmd “adb shell pm uninstall com.android.settings“ and restart the phone. (Be careful not to do -k - -user 0) you can do similary by just installing a uninstaller app.

developer options dont work in hidden menu after lg rebel 4 mod is installed (meaninig cant get usb debugging or usb ethernet) unless there is a way to get there in the rebel 4 settings?

you just click on build number 7 or 8 times and then go back one menu and develpor options should be there

blumax either you can install list launcher Which [Login to see the link] has also posted, and that will have the settings app. Or you can just use voice access to open settings.

i know this thread is old, but can some body answer GOLDFISHs question?
